It still runs Android TV 11 or 12 I think. It's also not up to date, even tho it's Google's own product. Usually it's okay, but it could also be a lot smoother. Google’s new good-value Android TV streaming stick has new slick-looking Google TV interface alongside the usual Chromecast features. I think for a TV over 40" it's worth having 4K, especially if you watch a lot of YT.
